    ** **Senior System Architect - ETRM** **Role: Direct Hire / Permanent** **Rate: Market** **Candidates: must be able to work W2** Seeking a Senior System Architect to lead digital transformation and application modernization for the ION RightAngle platform. The architect will collaborate with product owners, product managers, and Commercial IT product line architects to design and implement modern, scalable system architectures that align with business goals and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). **Key Responsibilities** + Define and maintain architecture standards, governance, and compliance. + Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies and platforms that align with business needs. + Design and document end-to-end system architectures supporting the ETRM platform. + Guide technical decisions and provide architectural leadership across teams. + Support integration, interoperability, and performance of complex systems. + Participate in technology assessments and investment planning. + Ensure architecture documentation and communication align with business and technical stakeholders. **Education & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required. + 5+ years of relevant architecture experience required. + 5+ years of ION RightAngle experience required. + Intermediate experience in .NET/C#, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. + Preferred: Integration experience across multi-application systems, Dynatrace/App Insights/SolarWinds DPA, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). **Core Skills** + Agile Methodology + Cloud Computing (Azure) + Infrastructure as Code (IaC) + DevSecOps + Systems Design + Performance Monitoring + Process Orchestration + Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) + Continuous Improvement + Business Acumen + System Reliability + Strategic Outlook ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
