Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience, or Associate's Degree with 9+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. * Demonstrated expertise in Tableau and Microsoft Excel, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and advanced functions such as pivot tables, and custom formulas within the customer environment. * Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL. * Demonstrated experience defining, measuring, and monitoring program KPIs to support performance tracking and strategic decision-making. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development. * Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics. * Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to deliver meaningful insights to leadership and decision-makers. * Previous experience supporting IT service management, business operations analytics, or strategic performance monitoring. * Familiarity with ITIL or ITSM processes, particularly within the ServiceNow platform. The case management system shall have the ability to track applicable SEAD-4 concerns for each case, in addition to, disposition actions and metrics for the insider threat annual report and awareness briefings on insider threat related trends. * Performing all operations, maintenance and refinement of the case management system. * Assisting in making policy/triggering recommendations, conducting testing and evaluation, and tracking all policy refinements and actions. The Contractor shall collaborate with the UAM team on policy development and refinement to ensure all updates are successfully implemented. * Collaborating with the Data Scientists and visualization experts and delivering requirements on the development and refinement of dashboards, reports and other applications to ensure the best presentation and facilitation of large amounts to data. * Completing the initial security assessment for privileged user access and authorization requests meeting the threshold for a manual review. These assessments shall be forwarded to the Government Privileged User Liaison for final disposition. * Ability to travel domestically.
