Ensure counterintelligence (CI) collaboration and communication between a key Intelligence Community (IC) customer's CI Office and senior client component leadership.
Deliver executive-level CI guidance to senior Intelligence Community component leadership.
Lead CI education, awareness, and training for high-level Intelligence Community audiences.
Embed within a major directorate of a federal IC agency, requiring close collaboration and CI support with the respective directorates' senior leadership.
Conduct daily/weekly desk-side and small group comprehensive CI briefings, issue updates, discussions, debriefings, awareness, and education to senior leadership, integrating historical precedents, political considerations, and agency best practices as needed.
Conduct monthly threat briefings and awareness and education presentations at directorate and office town hall and division and branch meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in National Intelligence Studies, Law Enforcement, History, Analysis/Research, Journalism, Political Science, Library Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
8+ years of CI experience.
Foundational defensive CI experience (ex. conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training and awareness).
Shall be a credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (ex. FBI Academy, etc.).
Experience developing presentations and briefing a variety of customers and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
Provides support for Linux/Unix, Windows, and other embedded operating systems and applications, to include connectivity to various network identity providers, e.g. Active Directory, NIS, LDAP, etc..

Provides system administration for assigned on-prem and/or cloud infrastructure, and establishes and maintains security as it relates to the systems and users.
Test, pre-qualify, and apply all security patches and operating system or application upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment.
Perform research and serve as the subject matter expert for new infrastructure projects, to include carrying out the design and implementation of any new processes, procedures, and documentation.
Maintains all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Required:
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years of related systems administration experience.
High level of technical and industry experience in both Linux and Windows environments, supporting network infrastructures, and virtualization.
Minimum of a year experience providing Tier 1 or Tier 2 helpdesk/desktop support.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Demonstrated experience with providing remote troubleshooting and assistance.
Experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation tools such as PowerShell/shell scripts, Puppet, Ansible, and/or Cron jobs.
Candidate should be able to assess and determine internal, remote, and external customer IT needs, and design solutions to meet them.
Requires U.S. Citizenship
Desired:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented technician to lead site surveys for high-impact server rack and network deployments, along with installation. In this role, you will be assessing environments and mapping power and cooling needs, to helping build out structured cabling systems and hardware setups. Key Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive pre-installation site surveys for data centers, server rooms, telecom closets, etc.
Measure and document room dimensions, ceiling height, access, wall space, floor-loading capacity, along with mapping out backbone and horizontal pathway availability, location, size, and fire-stopping measures
Evaluate power and cooling capacity, backbone and rack power location, and future-expansion needs
Provide comprehensive report documentation-including annotated floor plans, photographs, video walkthroughs, cable/wireframe routing, asset tagging, and risk analysis
Provide technical and operation support in the installation for network, LANs/WANs and telecommunications equipment and systems
Test and analyze elements of network facilities (power, communication machinery, software lines, modems, and terminals)
Rack-and-stack servers, network switches, and related hardware; install rails, PDUs, power strips, shelves, and cable management systems
Run, terminate, and test structured copper and fiber cabling according to TIA/EIA/BICSI/NEC standards
Perform cable testing with multimeters, OTDR, and network testers, and label connections rigorously
Collaborate with IT teams, PMs, electricians, and contractors on smooth installations and adherence to safety and site protocols
This position will require travel to various customers sites throughout the country.
The position will be located in Dulles, VA and is based on receiving contract award funding.
Requirements
High‑school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience performing and writing-up detailed site surveys for network, server racks, telecom closets, or data rooms
5 years experience in data center or network infrastructure, with both survey and installation experience
Demonstrated technical expertise in copper/fiber cabling standards; skilled in using testing tools (OTDR, multimeter, cable testers)
Strong spatial awareness and ability to interpret blueprints, floor plans, and equipment layouts
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.; frequent bending, kneeling, standing, and ladder work
Able to work in confined spaces (telecom closets, under raised floors)
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites
Desired
Technical certifications (e.g., Cabling, BICSI, NVIS)
Secret clearance
Experience with fiber termination/splicing (SC, LC, anaerobic) and testing
Prior work in structured cabling survey or network refresh projects
