Production Worker requirements:
Effective oral communication and basic math skills
Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred but not required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background check
Production worker Job Duties:
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
Lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly, occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance.
Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and work in tight spaces (crawl spaces & attics).
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up the staging area and equipment for each project.
Perform production processes following company production guidelines per work order and crew chief directions.
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
Other duties assigned.
Production Technician Schedule:
Days and hours: 40 hours per week, Emergency Restoration services operate 24 hours per day 7 days per week. The days and time for employee schedule fluctuate upon job needs. Must be willing to work on call, including nights & weekends.
Starting wage: $17-$21+benefits

About You:

POSITION SUMMARYDo you ever wonder what happens to blood after it is donated? This entry level position is responsible for preparing blood components in a laboratory manufacturing environment and shipping blood to hospital customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparing blood components from whole blood following standard operating procedure.
Work with a team to ensure 24/7/365 coverage in meeting the blood needs for multiple hospitals throughout Alaska.
Providing exceptional customer service to include answering the phones, document orders, select appropriate products, pack, ship, and receive blood products to and from customers in Alaska and the lower 48. This often requires working with couriers or airlines.
Maintaining and performing quality control of procedures and equipment. This will include, but not limited to, temperature monitoring, thermometer checks, alarm checks, and shipping container validation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for adherence to company policies including safety and the use of personal protective equipment
in work areas at all times. Ensures any accident or injury is promptly reported.
Safely operates forklift, hand-trucks, pallet-jacks, etc. to load/unload compressed and liquid industrial gas
cylinders to and from delivery trucks to filling and storage areas.
Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with
vendors, co-workers and management.
Stages cylinders in designated areas of production plant for filling. These areas will be designated by
production personnel and shall be areas that insure the least amount of handling.
Loads and unloads all assigned company vehicles daily.
Spot trucks and trailers within designated area on company property.
Transfers cylinders to and from ground storage as needed.
Assists production personnel in removing full cylinders from fill area.
Down grade pure product as needed to fill orders 100%.
Reports all cylinder shortages to management.
Inspects all cylinders for general condition, reports all discrepancies to management.
Maintains equipment and communicate requests to Plant Manager in writing.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned area.
Attends and participates in all safety meetings.
Maintains and operates a clean, safe and orderly plant appearance.
Report any equipment or facility defect(s) to supervisor.
Predictable attendance and punctuality is essential in this role. You are expected to adhere with all work shift
schedules, unless otherwise prearranged with your direct manager.

The Position

This position supports technical activities in the area of product quality.in support of daily operational responsibilities in Fort Greely Alaska (FGA). This position requires the individual to perform work tasks in an operational defense complex or at operational facilities, which will require the individual to train, understand, and observe extensive safety and process controls to help protect persons and equipment.
This position is for 1st shift, and supports a 24/7 operation and therefore, is subject to various work shifts and schedules, which change to support mission requirements and may include weekends and holidays. Mission requirements and/or workload may require both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
This position will require the ability to perform the following duties:
Provide quality support for the Ground Based Mid-Course Defense (GMD) Program.
Validate product conformance to an as design as delivered Test requirements documentation.
Ensure detailed work instruction and test procedures are followed during integration by validating work orders using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
Read and interpret engineering design and document requirements, follow detailed work instructions and test procedures, while ensuring process standards are complied with.
Document discrepancy and supplier escape using GMD Non-conformance Tracking System,
