Clears minor machine difficulties and performs maintenance and repair as trained by a technician, engineer, or supervisor. Assists operators by answering questions and demonstrating operations. Visit: *************************************************** Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare new drums and totes for filling, including labeling. * Fill and package drums and totes. * Sample and test production material. * Charging and monitoring process tanks. * Obtain forklift certification and perform material handling operations as assigned. * Correctly document containers processed as required by standard operating procedure, including manual and electronic logs, forms, and labels. * Operate manual and automated equipment in support of job functions. * Must be capable of making necessary mechanical connections for tank systems. * Communicate equipment status and outages to the lead and other supervision, as needed for correct, safe operation. Assist maintenance to troubleshoot and operate equipment for repair activities. * Maintain job associated certifications and tasks above the basic level. Maintain EHS and other facility training current. * Assist with operational, quality, and safety reviews, as assigned. REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma or GED * Strong Communication skills * Demonstrated abilities to work independently and as a team * 0-2 years manufacturing experience in related industry * Strong troubleshooting skills * Strong mechanical aptitude a plus * Good computer skills a plus * Ability to lift at 60 lbs. * Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. * Perform other duties, as assigned. * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization * Must have a valid Arizona drivers' license and clean driving record * Ability to work varied shifts to include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends * This is a safety-sensitive position that requires candidates to successfully pass a post-offer drug screening prior to employment.
