Responsibilities may include:

**Salary and Other Compensation**

Deep clean key areas of the store including but not limited to bathrooms, breakrooms, entry ways and other high traffic areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
Must keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.
Seeks out areas requiring cleaning; takes initiative to complete the task.
Completes all tasks assigned by supervisor.
Performs tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
Maintain positive and respectful interactions with both team members and customers, even in difficult situations, in keeping with the organization's vision and values.
Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
Other duties as assigned may include:
Provide a fast and friendly check out experience; execute cash handling to standards.
Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS)
Participate in the truck un-load, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Support shrink and safety programs
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards

The Fiberglass Pool Build Production Associate roles are responsible for utilizing fiberglass and other materials to produce high quality products.
Job Summary
The entry level Roller/Material Layer position typically rolls the resin/material to be free from air using a small roller on pole approximately 4 to 6 feet long over the pool/spa molds during manufacturing. Also trims the pool of excess materials. This job requires quick movement to keep up with the material being sprayed/or layered on the pool. Starting pay is $18.45 per hour (H20).
The Gun Operator (Trainee) position typically sprays resin, ceramic, vinyl ester and glass onto the Mold that has been sprayed with gel cat and layered with stitch mat. Starting pay is $20.16 per hour (H30).
Some of What You Will Do:
* Follow company safety policies and programs to promote a safety-first culture throughout the facility.
* Work with fiberglass, resin, and other chemicals/materials to manufacture fiberglass products (pools, spas, tanning ledges) while meeting high quality standards, meeting the production schedule.
* Utilize materials with hands, rollers, squeegees, etc., to create a wrinkle free, smooth finished product.
* Trim excess material as needed from the mold.
* Perform functions to detect and alleviate any imperfections from the product.
* Receive work direction/coaching from the Production Manager & Team Leads to ensure production goals are met.
* Keep work area clean & free of safety hazards.
* Cross train in multiple areas of the company.
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

A little about the position: The Fiberglass Pool Build Production Associate roles are responsible for utilizing fiberglass and other materials to produce high quality products. Job Summary The entry level Roller/Material Layer position typically rolls the resin/material to be free from air using a small roller on pole approximately 4 to 6 feet long over the pool/spa molds during manufacturing. Also trims the pool of excess materials. This job requires quick movement to keep up with the material being sprayed/or layered on the pool. Starting pay is $18.45 per hour (H20). The Gun Operator (Trainee) position typically sprays resin, ceramic, vinyl ester and glass onto the Mold that has been sprayed with gel cat and layered with stitch mat. Starting pay is $20.16 per hour (H30). Some of What You Will Do:
Follow company safety policies and programs to promote a safety-first culture throughout the facility.
Work with fiberglass, resin, and other chemicals/materials to manufacture fiberglass products (pools, spas, tanning ledges) while meeting high quality standards, meeting the production schedule.
Utilize materials with hands, rollers, squeegees, etc., to create a wrinkle free, smooth finished product.
Trim excess material as needed from the mold.
Perform functions to detect and alleviate any imperfections from the product.
Receive work direction/coaching from the Production Manager & Team Leads to ensure production goals are met.
Keep work area clean & free of safety hazards.
Cross train in multiple areas of the company.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other duties or special projects as required or as assigned.
