Able to work with little to no supervision.
Must work well with other but also be comfortable working independently.

7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, working a rotating shift with two 3 DAY weekends off a month.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Include the following. Other duties will be assigned as deemed necessary by operations & staff management)
* Organization and housekeeping of the casting area, cleaning and basic maintenance of related equipment
* Completes pre-cast setup to the requirements of the casting operation
* Inspects casting setup for correctness and to ensure successful cast
* Collects metal samples during casting and delivers them for quality testing
* Removes, replaces and setup drain pans for continuous operation
* Operates remote control crane as required
* Performs minor repairs and cleaning of tooling
* Services troughing, molds and additional equipment as necessary pre and post cast
* Monitor cast for any defects and notify supervisor if necessary
* Completes reports and logs as necessary
* Notifies Control Room Operator and or Supervisor of any shortages in consumables
* Notifies Control Room Operator and or Supervisor of any potential concerns or issues in production
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
