Perform job in a clean room environment requiring clean room gowning, including but not limited to: Company-provided Scrubs Shoe Covers Hairnets (and beard covers as applicable) Tyvek Coveralls Gloves Face mask Set-up, operate and monitor semi-automatic packaging equipment used to package pre-filled syringes. Automated packaging equipment includes (but is not limited to): semi-automated inspection, thermoformer, syringe connecting, labeler/vision systems, cartoning & serialization. Material Handling: Maintain proper carton supply for the line without interrupting production. Perform case packing, blow mold duties, and palletizing of finished goods. Leak detention. Quality Control: Monitor and report any deviations from Food Safety and Food Quality (HACCP & SQF) programs immediately to leadership. Receiving: Assist with milk receiving responsibilities as needed. Documentation: accurately complete all required production logs and documentation. Communication: Maintain constant communication with the lab, processing team, and case packers to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Previous experience with filling equipment or in a food/dairy manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge: Ability to comprehend and follow GMP standards, quality control measures, and safety protocols. Physical Requirements: Must be able to work the entire shift in a cool, wet environment (temperatures ranging from 34-38°ree;F). Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Soft Skills: Strong work ethic, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a team-oriented mindset.
