Our client is looking for a Contractor - Manufacturing Technician II for a period of up to 6 months, located at their facility in Littleton, CO. In this role you will be supporting development, production, quality, and continuous improvement efforts relating to the manufacturing of space hardware (cameras, cables & harnesses, electrical boxes, power distribution systems, etc.)
Responsibilities
Fabrication and validation of critical flight hardware, including mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and flight Ground Support Equipment; per associated flight drawings, procedures, quality standards and internal training.
Assist engineers in flight / prototype hardware manufacture / test infrastructure development, documentation of assembly, test procedures and other specified tasks.
Identify and communicate non-conformances to engineering and quality assurance.
Work with facilities and maintenance to ensure that production equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
Work with manufacturing engineering to optimize manufacturing orders and ensure process instructions are understood.
Ideal Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent plus advanced training.

Strong mechanical aptitude, good fabrications skills and general shop experience.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
US Citizen or US Person as defined by ITAR regulations.
Must be able to work the following shift: Mon-Fri 7:30 to 4:00pm, Must be able to work occasional weekends to meet shipping dates and some late days.

Purpose and Scope
The Manufacturing Operator I - Packaging is responsible for the full set up and safe, clean, efficient and consistent operation of inspection and packaging equipment and all associated documentation for all Tolmar products. They provide manual assistance to the team using automated and manual equipment while ensuring that products are made with quality for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform job responsibilities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production records with an expectation of "Right the First Time".
Record data in notebooks or lab forms and accurately calculate results to support process.
Perform job in a clean room environment requiring clean room gowning, including but not limited to:
Company-provided Scrubs
Shoe Covers
Hairnets (and beard covers as applicable)
Tyvek Coveralls

Face mask
Set-up, operate and monitor semi-automatic packaging equipment used to package pre-filled syringes. Automated packaging equipment includes (but is not limited to): semi-automated inspection, thermoformer, syringe connecting, labeler/vision systems, cartoning & serialization.
Properly load pre-filled syringes and components into automatic packaging equipment.
Interface with human machine interface (HMI) on automated equipment.
Accurately document production activities using regulatory controlled documents including production records and log books.
Correctly perform inspections of packaged components.
Perform facility cleaning of manufacturing areas as required to maintain a cGMP environment and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Properly perform job duties as a second-checker, ensuring all production activities are correctly performed per batch production records.
Qualify and maintain 100% inspections of pre-filled syringes.
Responsible for assembly, disassembly and sanitation of various equipment.
Ensure that product quality adheres to approved specifications.
Perform visual and physical checks of in-process and finished product as requested.
Train new manufacturing employees to perform manufacturing processes.
Conduct routine cleaning and monitoring of classified areas.
Operate under the consistent supervision of a Lead Operator and/or Production Supervisor.
Participate in required annual hazardous waste training. Hazardous waste involvement may include, but is not limited to container and tank management and inspections, generation of hazardous waste as a part of production or sampling processes and transfer of hazardous waste between lab procedure area, satellite accumulation and storage. Respond to spills per the Chemical Spill Procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

About Role:
Urban Sky designs and manufactures one-of-a-kind stratospheric balloons entirely in our North Denver facility. SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY
As an Insulation Blanket Manufacturing Technician, you will be at the heart of our thermal solutions team, transforming high-performance materials into custom insulation blankets and components. Your exceptional craftsmanship, keen attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving will ensure each blanket meets our customers' exacting requirements for thermal efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create insulation blankets based on design specifications, patterns, and measurements. This includes cutting fabric, sewing pieces together, and fitting blankets as needed.
* Alter and repair existing blankets to ensure a proper fit and restore them to a high standard. This may include resizing, and fixing tears or other damage.
* Verify use of appropriate fabrics, threads, and notions for different projects. Handle and store materials with care to avoid damage.
* Develop or modify blanket patterns based on design specifications or customer requirements. Ensure patterns are accurate and properly aligned.
* Inspect completed blankets and repairs for quality, fit, and adherence to design specifications. Make adjustments as necessary.
* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Provide professional advice and recommendations on the use and care of insulation blankets.
* Perform regular maintenance on sewing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.

Summary
Redwire Space Missions, LLC has a current opportunity for a Temporary - Manufacturing Technician II for a period of up to 6 months, located at our facility in Littleton, CO. In this role you will be supporting development, production, quality, and continuous improvement efforts relating to the manufacturing of space hardware (cameras, cables & harnesses, electrical boxes, power distribution systems, etc.)
Responsibilities
Fabrication and validation of critical flight hardware, including mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and flight Ground Support Equipment; per associated flight drawings, procedures, quality standards and internal training.
Assist engineers in flight / prototype hardware manufacture / test infrastructure development, documentation of assembly, test procedures and other specified tasks.
Identify and communicate non-conformances to engineering and quality assurance.
Work with facilities and maintenance to ensure that production equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
Work with manufacturing engineering to optimize manufacturing orders and ensure process instructions are understood.
Ideal Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent plus advanced training.
At least 2 plus years prior experience working in an Aerospace manufacturing setting in a similar position.
Strong mechanical aptitude, good fabrications skills and general shop experience.
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office 365.
Must be able to work Mon-Fri, occasional weekends to meet shipping dates and some late days.
Ability to stand; walk; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Ability to reach with hands and arms.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
