POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Associate is a key contributor of information, data, communications and external status information for all Nickey Kehoe Collection furniture and lighting orders. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and excellent in communication and follow-up/ follow-through. This role requires managing data with a high level of accuracy through effective spreadsheets, project management tools and other technical platforms to ensure that our Production and Product Development Manager and cross functional partners are well informed with promptly updated accurate order status. The ideal Production Associate takes great pride in ensuring our customers and clients receive their Collection orders on time and damage free with a passion for items being made with exceptional quality and for the elevated home/interiors category overall. DUTIES INCLUDE: Act as liaison between NK team and vendors, responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring they get the answers they need Review and process purchase orders from Retail, Trade and DTC with accuracy and timeliness Follow-up with processing and provide tracking as needed for NK Collection item orders, inclusive of fabrics Update vendor provided information, costs, and completion dates on trackers Ensure all customer COM and COT are received and promptly transferred to vendors' facilities Follow up with vendors to ensure orders are being delivered on a timely manner Inform internal teams of any delays or quality issues Receive and close Purchase Orders as they are delivered and QC approved Utilize our Shopify point-of-sale platform to manage and track all furniture and lighting orders Reply promptly to internal and external inquiries via Slack, email or phone Other duties as required by your manager. QUALIFICATIONS & KEY ATTRIBUTES: A+ project coordinator. Ability to work independently and be a team player who can assist requests cross functionally, and multi-task with ease when needed. Organized, detail oriented, and can self-manage to ensure that the product under your purview is always impeccably coordinated. Strong oral and written skills. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel & Google Workbooks. Ability to be both patient and persistent and pursue answers and guidance when needed. Open and willing to learn new skills and take feedback with grace and humility. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Textiles & Furniture.
