General production employees work as a team member of one of our production lines which include the following: Bimini's, Final Finish, Floors (Decking/Framing/Vinyl-Trim), Furniture (Install/Prep), Helm (Install/Prep), Metal Jacket, Rail (Build/Install), Shrink Wrap, Saw Operator, In Floor Storage Build and Underbelly. There are two levels of Production employees at Barletta (Production I and Production II) which may be differentiated based upon and individual's specialized skills, abilities, previous work experience, and ability to work across multiple (3 or more) production departments.
