The same teams work the same shifts throughout the cycle. Schedule Breakdown Example: Crew C works 6:45 PM 7:00 AM shifts and has off days on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday in the first week, and on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday in the second week. Job Purpose Provide hazardous materials and decontamination services in the semi-conductor industry. Our work is a specialized service that we provide to our clients to help them meet their manufacturing QC/QA goals. We will train you, the work involves specific directions, that you wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow all safety procedures. Essential Functions Must be willing to learn to work with hand tools and powered tools safely, lifting devices & material movers safely and withing in the client's guidelines. The work at times will involve working from heights, working in confined spaces, working within strict guidelines. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The incumbent occasionally lifts heavy objects, walks, and stands for extended periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor. Our Team Members lift, push, pull, & carry tools & parts; use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support during their daily routine. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly reposition yourself in tight spaces within the manufacturing space. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. This position occasionally involves overtime hours, holiday work and weekend work which is compensated at overtime pay. Travel n/a Required Education and Experience 40-hour HAZWOPER a plus. Speaking and reading English is a client safety requirement of this position.
