Assemble and construct gaylord boxes/bulk boxes to prepare for packaging of completed product
Accurately mark and label packaging or product for shipping
Transport packages to staging area for export
Safely operate hand tools and hand pallet jack
Collaborate and Innovate:
Work alongside a dynamic team, cross-training and sharing skills to enhance productivity and versatility
Follow 5S principles daily to ensure an organized, clean, and efficient workspace
Adhere to comprehensive safety protocols and foster a culture of safety-first
What You Bring to the Team:
High School diploma or equivalent qualification; 2+ years of related experience or and equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities
Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction
Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Has the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Possesses effective verbal communication skills
Physical Demands
As a member of our team, you will need to meet the following physical requirements to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the role:
Standing: Frequently remain in a standing position for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks
Pace: Ability to work at a steady and consistent pace, with periods of fast-paced activity as needed
Walking, Reaching, and Handling: Frequently move about the facility to access products, machinery, and equipment
Lifting: Regularly lift and move items up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move items up to 50 pounds with assistance
Seeing: Frequently read operational and safety documents, differentiate colors, and adjust visual focus as required
Talking and Hearing: Communicate clearly and accurately with colleagues, co-workers, and customers to exchange necessary information
Manual Dexterity: Regularly use hand-eye coordination to assemble products and operate machinery with precision
