As an Additive Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for owning the process for printing, de-powdering, vacuum furnace operation, HIP furnace operation, and build plate post-processing. * Running and maintaining the Solar vacuum furnace, including stress relief and aging profiles

* Running and maintaining two large-scale additive machines in two materials
* Providing updates and tracking on all jobs, consumables, and costs to customers and leadership
* Partnering across manufacturing functions to build relationships in downstream and upstream processes

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree, or equivalent experience
• Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance
• Experience in heat treatment, either vacuum furnaces or HIP furnaces, additive experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and independent thinking skills
• Ability to learn quickly on HMIs and manufacturing process documentation.
• Comfortable with flexibility in work scope and requirements and good attitude.
Desired Skills:
• Certifications in furnaces through Solar or AIP

This person will assist as needed in planning and at times expediting material according to the production schedule. Positive working relationships with the team of technicians and customers through outstanding
customer responsiveness is critical to the success of the business.
Applicants must be familiar with warehousing and inventory management techniques and will also be exposed to and work within the regulatory obligations of a FAR-145 Repair Station.

Role and Responsibilities:
The OWS DFW Material Plan & Execution Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for the tactical operational flow and daily task management as it pertains to movement of hardware within the building and to and from vendors. They will execute direction within the materials discipline and also oversee, manage, and coordinate the transactional tasks in SAP associated with the movement before and after the hardware is allocated and issued to the job. * Work to resolve materials issues to support OWS site with strong sense of urgency. Actively align with Materials Leadership & partner with Production Leader in production planning and provide inputs from materials perspective. Keep Materials Leadership and Production Team informed of status constraints and escalate issues when necessary.
* Practice effective task management strategy that assures critical Materials functions while still supporting shop operations. Help to manage inventory and participate in process and cost improvements initiatives.
* Analyze data to determine training opportunities to decrease single point failures, improve customer service levels, and reduce overall waste.
* Perform routine analysis of frequently consumed part numbers and respond with effective action for kitting and bundling opportunities.

Specific focus includes use of powered industrial equipment, hazard material movements, and dock operations.
* Participate in assessments, read across and PFMEAs to identify and understand sources of defects. Promptly identify and escalate risks to leadership and work with team on solutions.
* Participate in LEAN events and apply learnings to daily activity. Apply and improve upon standard work in area of responsibility. Identify sources of waste and Customer dissatisfaction, escalate to Leadership team and work among the team to find solutions.
* Oversee / Allocate inbound and outbound transportation costs to associated shop visit notifications in CTSI. Find and exploit cost-savings opportunities.
* Liaison across multiple departments include both the internal team and customers to ensure seamless service.
* Deliver "all-hands on deck" support for AOGs (Aircraft On Ground) as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

Overview
US Conec is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to join our 3rd shift Operations team. In this role, you'll maintain, support, and optimize the equipment that powers our daily manufacturing processes. You'll collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, streamline workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement across the floor. Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment including arbor presses, servo presses, airlines, adapter test machines, hot stamp machines, pin clamp scanners, and other tools
Inspect, clean, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions
Organize and catalog equipment inventory to ensure accessibility and proper maintenance
Support serialization and tracking of tools to streamline operations
Operate and maintain 3D printers for rapid prototyping and manufacturing needs

Maintain accurate documentation related to equipment maintenance and process improvements

Duties:
Food ManufacturingAssociates are responsible for providing supplies, placing of package components into specified tray compartments, finished package inspection, grading for quality defects, placing finished packages into a carton, taping the carton and palletizing the cartons. All duties performed within specific quality/GMP procedures.
Also responsible for keeping a clean workstation, which includes removing re-work and trash from the area. Responsible for inspecting packages exiting from the Mahaffey-Harder tray sealer for all packaging and observable supply defects. Identify and grade any rejects resulting from the Adco cartoner, including code date problems.
