The Production Operator performs a variety of assembling, molding, trimming, gluing, inspecting and packaging of products based on assigned area.
Responsibilities:
Maintain all process documentation in a timely and accurate manner, and perform all pre-start checklists, glue weights, tallies, and other job related audits and system checks.
Read and follow standardized work and job instructions to manufacture, trim, inspect, and pack product in a safe and efficient manner to quantity and quality specifications of assigned work cell.

Essential Functions
Must be willing to learn to work with hand tools and powered tools safely, lifting devices & material movers safely and withing in the client's guidelines.
The work at times will involve working from heights, working in confined spaces, working within strict guidelines.
The work is first-shift, full time, Monday - Friday with occasional work as needed to include night and weekend coverage.

Provide manufacturing support, hazardous materials handling and decontamination services in the semi-conductor industry involving chemicals, gases, industrial waste, asbestos, lead, and mold.
You may be offered opportunities for advanced company paid training to include client required advanced trainings, State of TX asbestos worker certification, State of Texas mold worker certification, other State of Texas Environmental certifications.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The incumbent occasionally lifts heavy objects, walks, and stands for extended periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor.
Our Team Members lift, push, pull, & carry tools & parts; use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support during their daily routine. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly reposition yourself in tight spaces within the manufacturing space.
