Deflasher personnel will use proper tools to dislodge part from mold and rid parts of excess material for final assembly by: * Removing part from mold using appropriate tools so as not to damage part or mold. * Using Router, punch holes and remove excess material from part for final assembly. * Being alert at all times and paying attention to cutting tip in relation to body and electrical cords. * Maintaining control of router so as not to drop or damage router. Plastic Welder personnel will prepare mats for perimeter weld by: * Preparing plastic parts for welding, including buffing, inserting dowels and aligning parts. * Inserting RFID tag into panels. * Operating a plastic extrusion welding gun for perimeter welding assuring a consistent and smooth weld bead and that end of weld is tapered properly. * Operating a forklift to discharge line and load welding pellets in loader. * Assuring quality control.
