Continuous improvement: You are expected to participate in initiatives to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing environment. Relevant experience in manufacturing or production settings is often preferred. Key skills for this role include technical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
