Day Shift 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, or Night Shift- 6:00 pm- 6:00 am on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The starting wage depends on experience + applicable shift premiums. Dependable and reliable attendance is required for all positions Available Manufacturing Technician Roles Wax Technician: set up and run automated wax injection presses. The injected parts are then assembled onto the sprue to create the part mold. These jobs require a highly detailed inspection of parts as well as manual dexterity. Wax Technicians must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on quality and be committed to excellence. Dip/dewax technician: Dip / De-Wax Technicians are responsible for coordinating the dipping of wax patterns into the ceramic slurry to develop the shell coat and then evaluating the wax from the mold. Finishing Technicians are responsible for performing a variety of assignments related to regular and special department functions to ensure the mold continuously flows through the Cell with minimal to no interruption in the process. Finishing Technicians are responsible for ensuring the parts are defect-free, meet customer specifications, and are shipped to the customer.
