Responsibilities: Set-up and operation of processing equipment such as Filter Integrity testing, Watson Marlow pumps, Autoclaves, and High throughput Bag Line. Delivers products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jack. Perform production operations, such as, Hand fill, prepping fill equipment and Aseptic gowning and qualification. Clean up equipment and working areas after production operations. Coordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation Communicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to attention of supervisor. Provide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines. Execute batch records in SAP. Ensure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completely. Follow production procedures and safety policies at all time. Use, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriately. Label all in process equipment and containers properly. Take action and resolve any unsafe conditions. Participate in safety and quality training activities. Supporting all activities of Manufacturing Tech 1, communicate and document status processes, products, and equipment. Perform In-Process assays. Setup, dispense, and package technically challenging products. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications: 1 + years manufacturing experience. Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science. Experience with safe chemical handling methods. Effective oral and written communication skills. Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organization. SAP experience Some college/Associates would be preferred Aseptic Technique experience Timeliness and punctuality is a must Osmometer or pipetting experience preferred

Job duties include: * Shift Hours: 3rd Shift: Monday - Thursday 10:00pm to 8:30am (4 10 - hour days) or 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm * Set-up and operation of processing equipment with emphasis on scales / balances. * Delivers products to Warehouse via motorized pallet jack. * Clean up equipment and working areas after production operations. * Coordinate appropriate disposal of waste and complete compliance documentation. * Communicate the status of production operations/equipment and bring deviations to attention of supervisor. * Provide a complete and accurate batch record at the conclusion of production operations consistent with quality guidelines. * Execute batch records in SAP. * Ensure all applicable logbooks have been filled out completely. * Follow production procedures and safety policies at all time. * Use, clean, and store all personal protective gear appropriately. * Label all in process equipment and containers properly. * Take action and resolve any unsafe conditions. * Participate in safety and quality training activities. * Perform In-Process assays. * Setup, dispense, and package technically challenging products. Physical Attributes: * Wear appropriate PPE for production processes including but not limited to full face respirators, gloves, and suits). * Lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds. Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications: * 1 + years of manufacturing experience. * Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science. * Experience with safe chemical handling methods. * Effective written and oral communication skills. * Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. * Pay Range for this position: $20.00-$35.00. * The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
