Performs and records production counts of finished product and transports finished product to the designated area.
Works in Instrument Manufacturing up to 25% of the time depending on Instrument demand vs. Pip/Dil demand."

Qualification and Experience
This role requires High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. No experience necessary, however, light assembly experience is preferred.

The pay for this role is $17.03/hr. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bio Merieux's bonus program. Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Your Role
The Upstream ManufacturingAssociate Scientist performs laboratory operations required to manufacture and monitor antibody production including cell culture, bioreactors, transient transfection, ELISA, and tissue staining according to established manufacturing procedures with some supervision; completes required tasks per standard operating procedures involving laboratory techniques, calculations, material measurements, operation of laboratory equipment, and record keeping as necessary.

* Assist in the development and validation of new assays, instrumentation, and manufacturing workflows; support staff training as needed.
* Maintain accurate records using local ERP systems and ensure proper documentation of all manufacturing processes.
* Perform routine equipment maintenance, manage inventory of chemicals and supplies, and contribute to general lab cleanliness.
* Escalate non-conformances, participate in investigations, and proactively seek opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and compliance.

Trims, packages and bands finished coils according to customer specifications using proper skids, bands, pads, and wrapping materials.
Inspects coils and identifies and reports defects.
Reads and interprets production schedules.
Accurately identifies proper skid and package specified on schedules.
Reads and accurately records coil weights, order numbers, etc.
Loads or unloads received or shipped coils onto or off of trucks.
Qualifications
As the selected candidate, you will need a high school level reading and writing, visual acuity to read labels, meters, gauges, documents and instructions, in addition to the following:
Ability to read and comprehend written materials such as schedules, SOPs, work rules, etc.
Ability to effectively communicate with all members of team.
Ability to safely operate small manual and electric hand tools.
Available to work up to 12 hours per day on rotating shifts, that could include weekends and holidays.

Job Description
Rx Systems, Inc. is a climate-controlled facility, which is located in the Point West Industrial Park in St. Charles, MO. Our company has been specializing in pharmacy packaging and supplies since 1979. Employees at Rx Systems, Inc. have ample opportunity to grow within our company.
We are looking for mechanically inclined, production-minded team members interested in learning a trade and growing with our company. Must be able to work around moving parts and machinery and must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 60 lbs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Bilingual in both English and Spanish.
Assists with translation during safety meetings and training sessions to ensure clear communication for all team members.
Reads job orders and helps communicate when materials are needed.
Communicates with Operators, Lead, and Supervisor in a professional manner.
Able to perform material changes.
Assists Operators with all wash-ups and washing of plates, along with other duties associated with these processes.
Assists Operator with in all startup/cleanup processes on the machine.
Willing to learn/train on specified Machinery. This includes running machinery at acceptable speeds and troubleshoot mechanical/process control problems.
Assists Operator with the pre-mounting of their plates.
Required to pack on machinery and assist Operator with daily duties.
Packs to product specifications, makes up boxes for packing finished product, and labels all boxes as needed, if applicable.
Obtains approval for startup from Quality Control or Supervision.
Assists in taking out trash, changing gaylords, and opening/preparing input materials when applicable.
Keeps machine and work area clean.
Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Have the ability to differentiate between various colors and shades as part of quality control and product inspection duties.
Any other duties determined by management.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. Need to be able to hear on machines with multiple employees for safety reasons.
Education and Experience: Prefer high school education or a GED. 1-year Flexo experience prior to hiring will be beneficial.
Language skills: Must be able to communicate in English and in Spanish.
Certificates and Registrations: Must pass safety control check sheet and color chart. LOTO awareness sign off sheet. Certification on pallet jacks are required. Will be required to train on the handheld scanners.
Other: Must be able to use a calculator and understand concepts of basic math. Must be proficient at reading a ruler and distinguish colors. Must be familiar with basic small tools and pallet jacks.
Physical demands
Must be able to push, pull, kneel, reach, sit, hear, walk and see.
Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours at the time.
Must be able to see fine detailing in finish product.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs on a random basis.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employees may feel vibration from machinery. Noise levels are required PPE levels on machinery, ear plugs or earmuffs required. No other negatives noted.

Your Role:
The Manufacturing Technician 2 at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Responsibilities include:
* Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm.
* Set up and operate processing equipment, including filter integrity testers, pumps, autoclaves, and high-throughput bag lines.
* Perform production operations, such as aseptic gowning, hand-filling, equipment prep, and in-process assays.
* Execute and document batch records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of logbooks and compliance with quality guidelines.
* Coordinate material flow, including delivery of products to the warehouse using motorized pallet jacks and proper labeling of in-process items.
* Clean equipment and work areas, manage waste disposal, and maintain compliance documentation.
* Communicate production status and deviations, escalating issues to supervisors and supporting Manufacturing Tech 1 activities.
* Follow all safety and quality procedures, participate in required training, and take corrective action to resolve unsafe conditions.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 1 + years manufacturing experience.
* Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
* Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
* Effective oral and written communication skills.
* Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organization.
* Pay Range for this position: $19.00- $30.00 per hour.
* The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
