The Team
A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement Services (PEPI) practice, with offices throughout the US, focuses on serving the middle market and large cap private equity firms who have engaged A&M to help improve operating results at their portfolio companies.

How You Will Contribute
We are seeking individuals that can lead and deliver large, complex client engagements, working closely with PE leadership to identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for their portfolio companies. Associates frequently assist with the following types of engagements:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of a target's manufacturing and distribution operations-- organization design, production capacity, efficiency, quality, planning, warehousing and team capability.
Evaluate the maintainability and operability of production facilities
Review current and historical data to understand efficiency & capacity, including equipment conditions, maintenance logs, spare parts and detailed production numbers.
Provide shop floor insights by talking with employees and customers and reviewing all available data
Identify potential cost improvement opportunities through lean improvements, outsourcing or consolidation of facilities
Develop transformation plans to drive proposed changes and identify key risks and mitigation strategies
Implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.
Qualifications
2-5 plus years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in manufacturing and/or distribution functions
Deep functional expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Supply Chain Operations
Manufacturing Operations, SI&OP
Footprint optimization, plant consolidation and product line transfer
Manufacturing strategy, CapEx planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT
Lean, Six Sigma, TOC and Value Engineering
Excellent fact-gathering and analytical skills, including business process mapping and quantitative analysis
Specific experience designing and leading the execution of internally-focused and externally focused change/communications strategy.

The salary range is $90,000--$130,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. This position will provide comprehensive pre-and post-procedure care for various diseases, catering to inpatients and outpatients. Most of the workload will encompass ultrasound-guided procedures, including paracentesis, thoracentesis, superficial fine needle, and core biopsies. Additionally, there will be opportunities to participate in and acquire proficiency in various CT-guided procedures. The workload will be shared among three other advanced practice providers. ROLE SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Technician I supports the day-to-day manufacturing operations through the conversion of raw materials into finished products at a medical cannabis facility. The Manufacturing Tech I is responsible for ensuring their work meets all quality and efficiency standards. Activities may span the entire manufacturing cycle of cannabis products, from botanical preparation to final product packaging. The ideal candidate will excel in repetitious tasks, with expertise in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing, and a strong attention to detail. The role demands heavy amounts of documentation, and time management. Duties are completed individually and in small teams, under the indirect supervision of Manufacturing Technician IIs and department leads. The position is structured around a required training program and expected function.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
All candidates must be able to work in an environment with a safety culture. Extended periods of standing, bending, reaching, and high dexterity functions are required. Our Production Associates work together in a team environment in our healthcare laundry plant.
PAY: $16 -17/hour
1st Shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sort soiled linen and garments by product type
Prepare and load clean products for delivery according to route needs
Launder medical, hospitality, and food and beverage garments and linens
Maintain clean and orderly workspace throughout each shift
Handle and package all items consistent with the company's infection prevention best practices
Inspect linens and package product per company quality and efficiency standards prior to finishing
