About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Card Production Associate to join our high-volume production team. In this role, you will operate and support equipment used to print, assemble, and prepare cards, checks, and related materials for distribution. What You'll Do

What You'll Do:
As a Manufacturing Associate II, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations:
Knowledge of current cGMP.
Fulfill the operator and verifier roles in performing cell growth and manipulation procedures such as cell enrichment, cell culture, cellular product cryopreservation, cell product thaw/wash.
Accurately perform procedures in compliance with FDA's Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Tissue practices, as well as standards set by other accreditation agencies including but not limited to FACT, CAP, and CLIA.
Adhere to ALCOAC++ and cGDocP requirements while accurately performing procedures and maintaining documentation in compliance with SOPs.
Document deviations and events, notify supervisor and quality management personnel in timely manner, and assist in investigation of root cause and any required corrective actions.
Responsible for aseptic handling of reagents and products to ensure the integrity and sterility of cellular products until final infusion to the patient. Must adhere to special cleaning and gowning requirements for the facility requiring specialized gowning such as masks, sterile jumpsuits, hair and shoe covers.
Ability to work productively and to participate in a highly creative and fast-paced environment.

Independently perform calculations to determine cell viability, dilutions, and cell concentrations.

Employees working in manufacturing will report to the shift manager. We are hiring employees on first, second, and third shifts. Due to the scope and needs of manufacturing operations, this position is an onsite-based position and is not eligible for remote work.
The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Routine checks and preventative maintenance of equipment
Efficient completion of final assembly and then packaging processes if required
Startup and shutdown machinery as necessary
Product labeling and inspection of final product, including correct bags, seals, etc.
Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area according to 5S setup
Reporting issues when they arise
Quality checks of their equipment, process, or product in accordance with the site's quality requirements
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
GED, High School diploma or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask in a fast pace environment
Able to be flexible and work overtime
Good physical stamina and keen attention to detail
Strong knowledge of heavy-duty and high-speed machinery
Good understanding of production procedures and best practices
Excellent knowledge of safety methods and hazard regulations
Must work well with others and be a team player
Must have experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be willing to submit a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Must be eligible to work in the US
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and handbooks
Forklift certified
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to push, pull, carry, or lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
Ascend/descend a ladder or stairs daily

Production Associate

The Production Associate supports daily operations in a biologics vaccine manufacturing facility by assisting with the preparation, and packaging of vaccines under strict quality and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include operating and cleaning packaging equipment, documenting processes accurately, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), and a commitment to product integrity and safety.

Key Role Specific Requirements
Assist facility supervisors, managers, scientists, and technicians with daily production tasks as assigned. Primary responsibilities fall under labeling, packaging, and warehouse.
Maintain accurate records, such as temperature logs on equipment.
Report malfunctioning or out-of-spec equipment to maintenance and facility supervisors.
Adhere to safety guidelines and principles when working with hazardous materials or equipment.
Provide feedback to facility supervisors on inventory levels of frequently used materials.
Assist with cleaning and organization of all labeling, packaging, warehouse, and support areas.
