Key Responsibilities Support facility qualification, start-up activities, and development of GMP operating paradigms for cell therapy and viral vector manufacturing. Qualifications 0-2 years in GMP biopharmaceutical operations, ideally with cell therapy, mammalian cell culture, or microbial fermentation experience. Proven ability to execute cGMP operations safely and accurately. Fast learner, adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment. Physical Requirements Ability to visually verify batch records, SOPs, equipment parameters, and product quality (corrective lenses acceptable). Ability to stand for extended periods, step over gowning benches, and aseptically don full sterile and non-sterile gowns.
