Organization Overview:
Lilly is currently constructing an advanced manufacturing facility for production of API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) molecules located in Lebanon, IN. This facility is Lilly's largest investment in manufacturing capacity and is intended to provide APIs for current and future products, including new modalities. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the startup team for a greenfield manufacturing site, and the successful candidate will help to build the processes and facility to enable a successful startup into GMP manufacturing operations.
Position Brand Description:
The Manufacturing Operator is directly responsible for the production of API molecules used in Lilly medicines. The Operator will be responsible for upholding a safety-first, quality-always mindset in the production of API while running a production process that incorporates a wide range of unit operations.
In the project delivery phase and startup phase of the project (startup expected 2025 to 2027), roles will be fluid and dynamic as we endeavor to support the project delivery, build a new organization, develop and implement the necessary systems and business processes required to support GMP operations, and build the site culture. This will require significant collaboration, creativity and resilience as the site grows to a full scale GMP manufacturing through start up.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements at all times.
* Support the execution of the production plan for the site.
* Carry out daily monitoring testing and cleaning duties as assigned to ensure equipment and systems are in good operating conditions and are maintained in accordance with local and corporate regulatory requirements.

Primary Function
APCOM's facility in Franklin, Tennessee, is a facility that manufactures water heater components. The Production Operator will initiate manufacturing operations in accordance with customer requirements and monitor performance to optimize production processes.

Bonus Opportunity:
+ $500 at the 90th day of hire
+ $500 at the 180th day of hire

Responsibilities
+ Operator will be responsible for the manufacturing of water heater components per department standards.
+ Operators will cross train on operations in each department and follow quality and safety standards.
+ Must be able to work with automated machinery and have the ability to perform troubleshooting tasks in order to increase machine up time.
+ Some areas may require the ability to read blueprints, read a tape measure, and wear specialized PPE.
+ Must be able to perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Basic computer knowledge.
+ No previous related work experience required; we will provide training.
+ Must have physical stamina to work in industrial production setting with repetitive movement up to 8 hours at a time.
+ Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling, and reaching for extended periods.
+ Continuous periods of walking, sitting, and standing.
+ Must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50lbs unassisted.

Job Duties:
The ideal candidates should be able to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Experience as Production Operator
Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
Good understanding of quality control principles
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent hand-eye coordination
