Position Summary
Participates in the filling of containers with various plumbing materials or assembling various plumbing products to contribute to the timely completion of customer orders for distribution.
Position Responsibilities
Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.
Retrieve and verify raw materials; follow department procedures to produce, package, label, and palletize finished products.
Process unused raw materials and maintain workplace organization throughout the day.
Refer to charts for the necessary measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.
Complete production documentation as required.
Inspect product for quality (labels, weights, visual).
Assist in the cleaning of the work area and department.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work at the appropriate pace to meet production targets.
Ability to work in teams, communicate one-on-one or in small group.
Manual dexterity.
Knowledge of various equipment (Fill machines, pallet jack, box cutters, and batch/RF gun) is helpful.
High attention to detail.
Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions (SWIs), training, and equipment safety instructions.
Ability to follow safety procedures, including wearing personal safety equipment and completing appropriate safety training.
One-year relevant production work experience preferred.
Education and Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Individual responsibilities
Execute necessary builds adhering to governmental guidelines, good manufacturing practices (GMP's) and company procedures.
Schedule and plan daily manufacturing builds & duties in a team environment.
Ensure that work environment is maintained clean, safe and organized.
Maintain and complete manufacturing documents and quality records for manufacturing products.
Maintain the accuracy and movement of raw materials used in manufacturing, including job kitting and cycle counting.
Maintain daily cleaning activities and logs for manufacturing areas and equipment.
Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions.
Guide other Associates in their assigned duties when needed.
Work with all departments at EyePoint.

Qualifications
Primary skills and knowledge required include, but are not limited to the following:
Manufacturing and Laboratory Safety experience
Previous experience working with medical device and microscope assembly work.
Previous experience using semi-automated systems would be a plus.
Level of Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Number of Years of Experience in the Function and in the Industry:
Two plus years of experience working in a GMP environment preferably in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical or medical device industry, but not required.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Composite Manufacturing Specialist/Technician to lead the hands-on fabrication of carbon fiber, Kevlar, and epoxy components for fixed-wing UAVs and aircraft. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in composite layup and mold-making, with an eye for craftsmanship and a passion for high-performance materials. This role involves working closely with engineers to develop a dedicated composite manufacturing space, processes, and prototypes-turning ideas into flight-ready parts.
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate high-quality composite components (e.g., wings, fairings, and other structural elements) using carbon fiber, Kevlar, and epoxy systems
Design and build molds for composite layups, including plug construction, tool prep, and vacuum bagging
Comfortable with hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), autoclave modeling, and compression molding techniques.
Collaborate with engineering staff to develop manufacturing workflows, workspaces, and specialized tools
Perform field repairs, composite part modifications, and rapid design iterations
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized shop environment with a focus on consistent, top-tier fabrication quality
Maintain documentation for fabrication processes, material usage, and design changes
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience in composite fabrication-ideally from aerospace, marine, motor sports, or performance product sectors
Strong portfolio showcasing past projects and physical components (photos required)
Skilled in mold-making, layup, vacuum bagging, and finishing techniques
High attention to detail with a commitment to producing both mechanically sound aesthetically pleasing parts
Self-driven, reliable, and focused on quality and committed to deadlines
Excellent organization, cleanliness, and shop discipline are essential
Preferred Skills
Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and structural optimization of composite components
Comfort with CNC machining, hand tools, and general shop equipment
Familiarity with small aircraft or UAV structures and aerodynamic design principles

Responsibilities:
Production Operators tend machines such as fillers, labeler, packaging, cappers, palletizers, ect. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality.
GMP and PPE Requirements:
While on the Production floor in the plant you will be required to follow and help enforce all GMP regulations in the plant. Anyone entering the Production floor must follow the GMP rules outlined in their employee handbook which includes the required hairnets, beard covers, hearing protection, safety glasses & slip resistant safety shoes. Production Operators follow all SOPs including quality checks and procedures for all operations. Production Operators also follow HACCP & SQF requirements for food quality and safety.
Essential Job Duties:
Preforms basic machine operations to include operating machines, stacking raw materials, handling finished product cases, preforming quality inspections and making minor machine adjustments.
Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and corrects any disturbance in the flow of those goods.
Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean safe work area.
Expedites repairs to the line working with maintenance as necessary.
Keeps daily records of downtime and machine operations.
Follows SOPs for all operations.
Maintains a clean, orderly and safe area at all times.
Must follow all established GMP's.
Non-Essential Job Duties:
Will perform other related work as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
In the absence of this employee, responsibilities will be covered by the direct manager or appointee.
