Location:

Shift Openings: Weekend Shift available- Fri, Sat Sun 6am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate documentation in a centralized repository.
Operate basic manufacturing equipment under supervision and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform equipment and process checks, escalating issues to senior technicians or supervisors.
Record accurate production data and maintain logs in a central repository.
Follow cleanroom protocols, PPE, and safety standards consistently.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and observations.
Collaborate with Engineering, trainers, and senior technicians.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Travel: No travel required.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes):
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow SOPs.

About the role
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for the manufacturing of bulk product (liquid and powder formulations) which are formulated to finished goods. Includes the weighing of raw materials, the operation of various processing equipment and the documentation of these operations. This position works 12hr shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.
Role Responsibilities
* Perform all activities while focusing on safety and compliance
* Swabbing of equipment as required
* Performing preventative maintenance to respective workspace
* Cleaning of production equipment and parts
* Cleaning of production area as required
* Capable of working with powders (Supersacks, Sack tip)
* Capable of performing material dispensing
* Basic functionality of the SCADA batching system
* Capable of performing manual additions
* Capable of preparing detergent solutions
* Conduct inventories of raw materials and products
* Capable of performing basic SAP transactions associated with tasks listed above
* Understand and comply with all pertinent SOPs, WIs, Forms, Batch Documentation and GMP guidelines.
* Participate in efforts to consistently reduce waste
