About the facility: The Williamson, NY operation is a roughly 1 million sq ft production facility with 217 acres of land. The site is the Home of the Brand Motts that has been delighting our consumers for more than 140 years. We produce a wide variety of products with diverse packaging capabilities going from Apple sauce, to juices and concentrates . Alongside production, the site includes a raw apple operation that is key for the success of the site. This facility is a Unionized location. Production Technician I - Williamson, NY
The Production Technician I is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain KDP's high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be engaged in supporting improvements to the manufacturing process in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, productivity and growth.
Shift and Schedule:
This is a union facility so flexibility to work any day or any night shift pattern is required. Positions are mainly 8 hour positions, with few 12 hour shifts available but not guaranteed; based on seniority.

Position Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies (Quality Data System, Safe Quality Food, Good Manufacturing Practices and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
Actively engage in resolving production line issues, executing and developing standard work, tracking production data, and participating in KDP's lean daily management process.
Actively learn and participate in formal problem-solving processes with team members.
Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.

The Packaging Technician's primary responsibilities will be the daily packaging of liquid (hard cider) into cans and keg packages, operating packaging machinery, and the cleaning and sanitation of the packaging areas and machinery. Additionally, the Packaging Technician will be responsible for their own safety, ensuring the safety of their peers, and working closely with all production departments to ensure the highest product quality.
Essential Responsibilities
The following list of essential job duties is not all-inclusive; the Packaging Technician is required to perform other duties as directed by management.
· Working as a team member in producing a high volume of quality hard cider in a safe and efficient manner
· Learn, understand and execute packaging operations according to process instructions and/or standard operation procedures (SOP's)

- Work will be performed from eight to ten hours per day, five to six days per week. Weekend work may be required for a few busy in-season weekends. Some days you may be working with a computer terminal and monitor for up to 8 hours.

Guillotine operator: ensure bars are the appropriate height, width and weight by making any necessary adjustments to the slitters, belts, and guillotine as well as check weights and perform quality checks on bars coming through.
Slab line operator: monitor the slab of product to ensure that it is the correct width, height and weight. Adjust the compression rollers to adjust the height of the bars and take sample bars to ensure weights are within product specifications

ROLE SUMMARY:
Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain plant safety standards- safety is our top priority
Performing process quality control checks
Use of Six Sigma lean manufacturing processes
Loading supplies into machinery
Recording process data, we're a data and information driven company
Performing minor maintenance
Industrial cleaning and sanitation
Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required, including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and bending
Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Continuous improvement experience (preferred)
Beer/alcohol industry knowledge (preferred)

The Role Join a small, dedicated team responsible for the safe and precise operation of our advanced metal 3D printers. This full-time role operates on a four-day work week (Wednesday-Saturday, 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.) or (Sunday-Wednesday 2:00p.m. to 12:30a.m.), giving you a balanced schedule with maximum impact.
What You'll Do
Print and produce: Start and monitor critical print jobs, ensuring precision and quality.
Material preparation: Handle and verify specialized metal powders.
Post-processing: Expertly unload parts, remove powder, and finish products using bandsaws and media blasting.
Ensure quality: Execute tasks with a high level of detail and problem-solving to meet our exacting standards.
