KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce high quality products in a safe and healthy manner.
Perform routine tests to check the quality of products, record findings, and adjust equipment settings as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Use computers to input and maintain accurate records and data and HMI (Human Machine Interface) to adjust operational settings
Ability to identify and troubleshoot machinery, process, and equipment issues and make corrections as needed.
Performs sanitation and basic maintenance activities including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication (CIL), clean-in-place (CIP), and clean-out-of-place (COP) activities on a routine basis.
Cross train within department to gain and improve skills, knowledge, and demonstrate leadership
Operate material handling equipment such as walk behind stackers, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, and waves.
Performs equipment changeovers and empties or replenishes materials to keep production flowing.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
1 year of previous manufacturing experience. (food manufacturing preferred)

Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices, and general instructions.
Good communication skills are required both verbally and written.
Ability to perform critical thinking skills to problem solve and resolve conflicts.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional & team-oriented environment

About Role:
Urban Sky designs and manufactures one-of-a-kind stratospheric balloons entirely in our North Denver facility. These balloons are constructed from a unique, airtight fabric and feature long, continuous seams. The manufacturing process includes patterning, seaming, adhesive bonding, and light mechanical assembly to attach plastic fittings to the balloon structure. While the balloons are lightweight and smaller than many traditional stratospheric balloons, they are significantly larger than typical sewn products such as clothing or outdoor equipment.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for carefully following detailed work instructions and documenting each build step using provided quality and manufacturing templates.
In addition to balloon fabrication, the candidate will periodically support other manufacturing activities, including assembling and operating test equipment, performing general shop upkeep, and assisting with cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Follow detailed work instructions to build balloon assemblies

SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Technician/Associate is responsible for the safe manufacture of pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs within one of the Corden Pharma ColoradoManufacturing Centers of Excellence. The Technician performs various unit operations on raw materials and intermediates according to written manufacturing procedures and SOPs. The Technician is familiar with hands-on operation of manufacturing process equipment and material handling. The Technician prepares equipment for maintenance and maintains a consistent high level of housekeeping. The Technician displays initiative in completing assigned tasks, the ability to think ahead to prepare for the next steps in processing; and displays a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in their work.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establishes and maintains strong, transparent, and effective day-to-day working relationships between Manufacturing, Maintenance & Facilities, R&D, internal support, regulatory groups, and CPC customers related to assigned duties
* Work closely with fellow crew members, supervision, and support groups to safely achieve manufacturing goals
* Demonstrate progressive understanding of plant equipment, plant infrastructure systems, and chemical processing principles in one or more CPC Centers of Excellence

* Demonstrate ability to detect and respond to potential hazards and/or emergency situations in daily operations
