**Production Line Technician** We are looking for dependable, safety‑driven Production Line Technicians to support our manufacturing operations in Casper, Wyoming. This role is essential to producing the high‑performance conduit used in vital infrastructure projects nationwide. **Pay:** $18/hr
**Schedule:** 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating pattern
+ 7 AM-7 PM or 7 PM-7 AM
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate production‑line equipment such as cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging systems
+ Monitor product quality and verify materials meet Dura‑Line standards
+ Conduct routine equipment checks and perform basic troubleshooting
+ Record production and quality data with accuracy
+ Support line changeovers and equipment setup
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
+ Collaborate effectively with operators, supervisors, and team members
**What We're Looking For**
+ Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotation (including alternating weekends)
+ Comfortable in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
+ Mechanical aptitude or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
+ Reliable, team‑oriented, and focused on safety
