How You Will Do It * Converting process specification documents to new format. * Updating Operator work instructions and description sheets for new equipment. * Creating process for conducting COS calibration with list of fixtures needed and documentation for use by plant engineers. * Identifying top scrap defects and work with Operations and Quality to identify root causes. Working with both Toledo and St Joseph plants to read across solutions. * Using Maintenance work order system pinpoint high frequency failures. What We Look For * Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university. * Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering. * Duration: Summer 2026.
