Role Responsibilities:

The Opportunity
* Serve as primary point person between Data Team and Data Acquisition to coordinate receipt of hospital files, validation, and updates to files as needed.
* Develop and implement validation workflows involving cross functional teams to assess new data feeds and files to ensure accuracy and consistency between the acquired data and source systems, such as client hospital EMR systems or sources internal to the organization.

* Communicate issues, blockers, or changes to data feeds to downstream parties or users and ensure timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
* Continuously improve data quality standards, processes, and workflows to ensure data accuracy across sources.
* Lead and participate in cross-functional data quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing the integrity of the data in the Enterprise Data Warehouse and its downstream products.

Required Experience and Competencies

They investigate waving issues and use a high level of communication to reach resolutions to meet specific department and company SLAs (service level agreements). This role will play a crucial part in waving, order queue maintenance, and work flow optimization within the DC.
* Responsible for the waving and workflow to all departments for a distribution center campus, and providing direction for the shift
* Continuously monitors the order queue for all workstreams in the distribution centers by analyzing various reports
* Investigates waving issues and fallout for all departments by analyzing reports as well as sending out research to respective teams for resolution and following up to ensure a timely action
* Updates wave rules based on business need and monitor for accuracy
* Collaborates with team members in a supportive and open manner

About The Role:
Forge Biologics is seeking an AAV Manufacturing Summer Intern to join our 2026 Ignite Internship Program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be trained on the bioprocessing manufacturing processes by industry leaders, contribute to the execution of manufacturing life-changing gene therapies for human use, and provide hands-on support for new technologies and systems in our GMP manufacturing facility. You will also gain experience in the clean room environment, utilize automation, and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
What you'll do:
You will learn how to optimize biological processes, utilize bioreactors and chromatography systems, and gain exposure to automation in the clean room environment.
You will gain hands-on experience within the biotech industry including upstream (cell culture and virus production), downstream (harvest and purification), and fill finish techniques.
You will execute procedures assuring quality, safety, efficacy, and purity of drug products.

Incoming junior or senior for Summer 2026, currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.

Ensure that the information on the material inventory board(s) are accurate and up to date.
Retrieve raw material(s) from inventory for expansion.
Inspect expansion equipment prior to operation to insure its safe operating condition.
Insure the proper location and storage of expanded bead in the designated storage hopper(s).
Records expansion data on Bead Storage Location board and reports expansion activity to Inventory Control Specialist.
Reports raw material usage on the Raw material Daily Report and also delivers that report to the Inventory Control; Specialist or other person designated to enter resin consumption data into the company's inventory control system(s).
Performs sampling tests on raw materials and delivers the resulting data to the Quality team.
Insures that expanded bead has passed the appropriate quality inspection(s) and is approved for use in production.
Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area.
Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control.
Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities
Follow all Environmental and Safety policies.
Comply with procedures, regulations, and instructions of environmental and safety programs.
