The Manufacturing Engineering Manager manages the Manufacturing Engineering Department to provide support to internal and external manufacturing facilities and resolve any manufacturing or related issues on sustaining and new products. Ensures product quality and delivery schedule requirements for mechanical/electrical subassemblies, and final integration and testing of systems. Works closely with the other functional leaders and Program Managers to execute key objectives and programs to meet schedules and budgets. Manufacturing Engineer to be responsible for leading and executing plant-wide initiatives focused on operational excellence and waste elimination. The Industrial Engineer is responsible for driving continuous improvement across plant operations, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and safety.
