Troubleshoot machining issues related to tooling, programming, and equipment. Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams for manufacturability and NPI support. Analyze cycle times, tooling lifespan, and machining parameters to boost cost efficiency. Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives. Plan and execute capital improvement projects (e.g., equipment upgrades). Maintain up-to-date documentation for manufacturing processes and SOPs. Improve site capabilities, safety, and utilization through cross-functional collaboration. Use change management and project management skills for effective implementation of improvements.
