The Senior Industrial Engineer - BESS will be focused in the assembly of our electrical panels and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) cabinets, driving the efficiency of both physical and human assets to improve operational costs. Collaborate with Plant Management, Maintenance, HSE, and Quality to solve production and safety problems. Monitor production trends and implement continuous improvements. Perform time studies to collect cycle times on plant machinery, personnel, and workstations. Use production forecast to analyze and predict labor/machinery needs. Use lean manufacturing principles to help improve plant floor layouts and increase overall efficiency.
