Responsibilities:
* Part of site Automation and Process Control (A&PC) team responsible for support of manufacturing plant operations
* Perform control system electrical design and hands-on support for process equipment (e.g. drives, programmable logic controller [PLC] logic programming, human-machine interfaces [HMIs], wiring schematics, instrumentation, and motor control systems)
* Provides technical expertise to support the following:
* Capital projects including Statements of Work (SOW), Design Reviews, Construction, Acceptance Tests, Commissioning, and Safety Reviews
* Renewal planning for existing machine controls to replace obsolete equipment.
* Troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex manufacturing problems.
* Management of Change, including technical reviewer of site MOC processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited school or related degree (Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electromechanical Engineering Technology) or equivalent controls engineering experience required.
