    Job Description Primary Responsibility: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing physical production cells and workflows, including production cell layout, product flow, early-stage Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and the supporting processes and control documents required to maintain a safe, repeatable, and high-quality manufacturing environment. In addition, the Manufacturing Engineer may support product value streams across all facilities through plant layout development, process flow optimization, and project engineering activities. This role is also called upon to troubleshoot complex or persistent product and process flow issues across the organization. Duties & Responsibilities: Evaluate current product and manufacturing process flows to identify hidden factories and eliminate inefficiencies, driving improvements in safety, productivity, and throughput. Serve as the primary liaison between product design and manufacturing for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring seamless handoff, clear communication, and timely project execution. Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and methods that may enhance manufacturing capabilities, reduce cost, or improve product performance.
