We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of custom Lincoln Electric Automation equipment. Essential Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a closely related field.
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling; SolidWorks strongly preferred (other packages such as Inventor or Creo considered).
0-2 years of relevant experience (co-op, internship, or academic projects involving machine design are highly valued).
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, specifications, and weldment/fabrication details.

Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with all corporate and plant safety policies and procedures
Maintains ISO compliant process and quality records
Provides leadership direction, coaching, and training for all process team members

Qualifications
Preferred BS in Engineering or equivalent experience
