JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Manager, Assistant REPORTS TO: Manufacturing Manager Provides direct support to the Manufacturing Manager by coordinating and managing all manufacturing and fabrication workflows. Focused on executing current projects and expanding capabilities to include machining, valve/actuator overhauls, and electrical. Supports maintenance of the facility and addresses any issues that arise. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production of single use supplies including medical device components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in process engineering, lean manufacturing, and quality systems within a regulated industry. This position is to provide drafting and design drawing support for modernization and upgrade initiatives for Navy Ship Self Defense Systems (SSDS).
