We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and execute process optimization initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will be a change agent responsible for driving a culture of operational excellence, utilizing advanced analytical skills and proven methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
What you Will do in Your Role
Lead and manage complex, high-impact continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping exercises) from inception through sustainable implementation across various functions.
Identify performance gaps, process inefficiencies, and root causes of problems by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data using statistical methods and software (e.g., Minitab, Visio).
Design, develop, and implement solutions using advanced Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools to optimize process flow, improve quality, and reduce lead time and Work-in-Process.
Own and manage the Engineering Change process for all approved process and design modifications resulting from projects.
Coach, mentor, and train cross-functional teams and junior engineers on Continuous Improvement principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques to embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure all improvement initiatives are strategically aligned with key business objectives and organizational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Use financial analysis tools to calculate, track, and report on the quantifiable impact (cost savings, capacity increase, waste reduction) of continuous improvement projects.

The Quality Process Engineer will work closely with various departments to identify areas for quality enhancement, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall goal of achieving excellence in product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing processes to identify potential quality issues and recommend improvements.
Participate in the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process, including investigation, documentation, and resolution of quality issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement tools and methodologies.
Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address product or process non-conformities.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality control measures into manufacturing processes.
Conduct supplier quality audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Assist in the preparation and execution of internal and external quality audits, including ISO compliance checks.
Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and performance to the Quality Director and other key stakeholders.
Stay current with the latest quality assurance trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in quality management practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with quality improvement tools and methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
Experience in conducting quality audits and supplier evaluations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to drive improvements in quality.
Organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Continuous learner, open to adopting new techniques and methodologies in quality management.
