Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, manufacturing engineering, or CNC programming. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, CNC machine programming, and sheet metal fabrication processes. Trumpf experience preferred. Strong knowledge of tooling selection, material behavior, and machine setup for laser cutting, punching, and press brake operations. Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
