What will you be doing -
Oversee and manage plant assembly, production, and manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality, cost, and morale and to meet and exceed customer and Company requirements.
Assist General Manager in the development and management of annual plan, budget, operating and capital expense budgets, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), operating efficiency, and cost control.
Coordinate and guide activities in the areas of manufacturing, Lean, housekeeping/5S, quality enhancements, staffing, training, and employee relations. Manage production supervisors in the responsible area for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Also directly supervises non-supervisory employees.
What are we looking for -
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Operations Management; Mechanical, Industrial or ManufacturingEngineering; Supply Chain; Business Administration; or related field preferred but not required.
7-10+ years of manufacturing (i.e., assembly, cutting, fabrication, welding, painting, etc.) experience.
5+ years of progressively responsible manufacturing supervision/management experience.
Practical experience applying Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Total Quality Production System (TQPS) principles in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with manufacturing and production KPIs/Analytics including the Production Efficiency (PEFF) system preferred.

As part of feature development in SEALM, lead the following activities:
Gather initial stakeholder inputs and existing best practice implementations across key product teams
Define a draft “standard work” proposal (process definition, training package, and proposed tool configuration including formal change requests). Refer to applicable GEHC internal standards, work instructions, and external standards for guidance
Identify “corner case” subset of users and verify that the standard work or process proposal meets their needs. Use this as the initial “MVP” proposal

Create and deploy training in each feature
After initial deployment, monitor user requests for enhancements, and iterate steps 5 to 8 above for each request
Work with SEALM design lead to identify cluster of features that have similar implementations. Develop an explanation of how the cluster of features works
Some features depend on the specific country list in scope (languages and regulations are required for that country). Ability to work with the design team to understand how the country scope flows into the program and the SEALM tool

Creates detailed fixture and process drawings to support production and setup standardization.
Prepares detailed cost estimates and quotations in the ERP system, including routings, bills of materials, and RFQs for materials or subcontracting operations.
Conducts engineering reviews for contract processes, maintains part hierarchy documentation, and coordinates job kickoff meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

About the Role: INNIO is seeking an IT Application Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our CAD and PLM ecosystem, primarily focused on PTC Windchill and PTC Creo Parametric. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering and IT stakeholders to streamline processes, drive system improvements, and ensure the stability and usability of core engineering applications. You'll help shape our long-term application strategy while supporting day-to-day operational needs across the engineering community. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate platform releases to ensure smooth deployments with minimal disruption.
Lead the design and execution of upgrades for Windchill PLM and the Creo CAD environment.
Partner with engineering and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Evaluate engineering tools and contribute to overall IT architecture direction.
Manage the IT issue backlog, working with internal teams and external vendors to drive resolutions.
Develop KPIs and reporting to measure platform performance and success.
Provide guidance and support to engineers, IT team members, and third-party partners regarding CAD/PLM processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill (including modules such as PDMLink, PTC Navigate, RV&S).
Experience with PTC Creo Parametric.
Strong background in administering and supporting CAD and PLM environments.
Understanding of CAD/PLM methodologies, BOM management, and engineering change processes.
Experience with data migration or data classification is highly valued.
Familiarity with Oracle ERP, SQL, and relational databases is a plus.
Experience with other CAD or PDM/PLM tools is beneficial.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
