Oversee vendor management through design, build, FAT/SAT, and on-site commissioning, ensuring successful integration and production launch at the manufacturing facility with full adherence to safety, quality, and throughput requirements. Who You Are: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. 5-10+ years of experience in test engineering, preferably in electric powertrain or automotive manufacturing. Proven experience with specifying, sourcing, and launching automated test equipment in a high-volume environment. Experience with test automation, data acquisition systems, and industrial instrumentation. Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methodologies. Job Description IRP Med is seeking an Intern, Manufacturing Engineering. This is a student undergoing on-the-job supervised training in preparation for a desired career. The individual performs a variety of tasks that provide engineering support to different company functional areas. This internship runs Monday, 1/19/26 - Friday, 4/17/26 (12 weeks) and requires 20-30 hours per week.
