Oversee and manage plant manufacturing activities to ensure safety, quality, cost, and morale to meet and exceed customer and Company requirements. Develop and direct all activities within the Plant manufacturing operations and maintain a manufacturing system which best supports production activities. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that objectives for manufacturing are successfully achieved.
