Responsible for end-to-end design, validation and PLM release of LV and HV wiring harness
assemblies and related components. Owns creation of drawings (2D & 3D), wiring lists, BOMs, and ECNs; coordinates prototype and vehicle integration activities and provides plant support during pilot and production launches.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and release wiring harness assemblies (schematics, pinouts, wire-lists).
• Produce 2D harness drawings in Capital/XC and 3D routing/geometry in NX/CATIA.
• Manage BOM, ECNs, and configuration control through Teamcenter/PLM.
• Support prototype builds, vehicle integration, and bench validation.
• Lead DFMEA inputs; participate in DVP&R; planning and testing.

Qualifications

2+ years' experience in optical metrology instruments is required, such as profilometers and interferometers. Experienced in FIZEAU interferometer is a plus
Strong hands-on skills for engineering and handling fragile parts with attention to detail and quality

Understanding the impact of surface characteristics on the performance of optics
