**Job Description**
The **Subcontracts Management Lead** is responsible for overseeing the procurement and contract management of major subcontracts executed by the EPC/EPCM contractor on large-scale manufacturing facility projects. This role establishes procurement requirements for the EPC contractor, implements contractual mechanisms that enable client oversight of subcontractor procurement and execution, and ensures compliance with client and contract standards.
