The ideal candidate will have a strong vision that supports a first-time-right manufacturing strategy from design to completion, identify process improvements, guides and leads the programming team, and facilitates collaboration between Die Plate Engineering and Manufacturing Operations. Position description - Tasks, responsibilities, competencies Safety: Work in a safe and efficient manner, understand safety risks and take appropriate caution Technical: Create, edit, and optimize NC programs and identify points of improvement.
