Summary We have a current opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager located at our Redwire Space Enterprises facility in Goleta, CA. In this role you will be responsible for leading, planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes by providing technical support in the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods. Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the manufacturing engineering team. Establish and maintain manufacturing control systems for equipment, process, and product. Develop standards and benchmarks for program manufacturing readiness.
