Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow & assist with development of procedures for controlling contract drawings. Assist Project Administrator with set up of the job management system. Assist the project team with the building permit process. Assist the Superintendent in the development of the site utilization plan. Work alongside senior members of the preconstruction team to estimate a project and develop knowledge of the overall preconstruction process. Perform preconstruction duties including but not limited to quantity take-offs, budget development, subcontractor procurement, assembling exhibit ones, and assembling value engineering worksheets Assist with constructability reviews, project set up, and subcontractor communication Participate in the Hourigan Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) by committing to safe work practices, raising concerns, attending and applying safety and health training, and eliminating hazards within your capability and control and the help of safety staff.
