Job Functions:
1) Review pertinent information with the previous shift i.e. mechanical issues etc.
2) Straighten the product prior to the slicer
3) Monitor slicer infeed to prevent jam-ups
4) Take thrift or damaged product off the line
5) Rack off product if line breaks down
6) Pack the product into baskets in accordance with the specifications
7) Remove all baskets that are broken and store in pre-determined area
8) Assist the Bagger Operator and the Packaging Attendant when possible
9) Put on and take off lids
10) Remove trash as necessary
11) Neatly and accurately fill out all necessary documentation (Ex. HACCP - CTS)
12) Maintain a safe neat and clean work area accordance with GMP and good house keeping practices
13) Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
14) Follow all JSA guidelines
15) May have to train on a different shift for the position.

Work Conditions:
1) 12 Hour shift. Overtime is required.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.

Assist drivers and mechanics with loading/unloading and preparing materials for jobs as necessary.
Responsible for maintaining and verifying stock levels for re-ordering are accurate and appropriate.
Operate small equipment and machinery as needed, such as a forklift, telehandler, skid steer, and/or loader to move materials, load and unload trucks, and use of basic hand tools.
Maintain inventory, organization of yard, the materials & equipment, and assist with day-to-day operations.
Regular cleaning and general labor duties of Branch Yard, Office, and Shop may include sweeping, shoveling, and overall cleanup-up of any area, and/or equipment.
Pick up parts from local vendors, and/or deliver parts to job sites when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
* During the mobilization process, the laborer will assist in offloading the dredge, the slurry pipe, dewatering equipment, and any other support equipment necessary for the mobilization of the job.
* Assist in setting the dredge into the water, cabling and assembling the machine, and fusing or bolting together the pipeline.
* Assist in setting up the dewatering equipment and/or Geo-tube placement, depending on the configuration of the job site and dewatering process.
* Assist in the dredging operations which include moving the dredge, checking and adding polymer as needed to the chemical injection system, taking periodic samples of the slurry, assisting in fueling, greasing, and checking all of the mechanical equipment, working the geotubes to make sure that they are dewatering properly, and any other job site tasks that are requested.
* Assist the dredge operator in cleaning the cutter head, bunkering fuel, and preventive or corrective maintenance to the dredge. While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions.
* Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site.
Requirements:
* Must have some experience and/or a background in working outside in an upland or marine construction style environment. (Mining, dredging, drilling, earthworks/excavation, land clearing, offshore, under or above ground utility, heavy civil, etc.).
* Must be able to work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and on the water. Job sites range from very remote to industrial plant environments.
* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
* Must be authorized to work in the US.
* Valid driver's license is preferred.
* Must be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
* This is a 100% traveling position so must be willing to travel.
* Must be able to work out of town for 21+ days at a time, including nights, weekends, and some holidays are possible.
* Equipment Operating Experience a plus.
