While all operations are ongoing, laborers will have the capabilities to learn other positions such as dredge operator or equipment operator to improve their skills which will lead to promotions in positions. * Once dredging operations are complete, the laborers will assist in cleaning all equipment, disassembling all equipment, loading all equipment, and doing final clean ups to restore the customer site. Requirements: * Must have some experience and/or a background in working outside in an upland or marine construction style environment. (Mining, dredging, drilling, earthworks/excavation, land clearing, offshore, under or above ground utility, heavy civil, etc.). * Must be able to work in extreme heat, extreme cold, and on the water. Job sites range from very remote to industrial plant environments. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Must be authorized to work in the US. * Valid driver's license is preferred. * Must be able to complete tasks with minimum supervision. * This is a 100% traveling position so must be willing to travel. * Must be able to work out of town for 21+ days at a time, including nights, weekends, and some holidays are possible. * Equipment Operating Experience a plus. * Mechanical knowledge a plus. * Knowledge of operating a small boat a plus. * Dredging and dewatering knowledge a plus. #GFLTalent We thank you for your interest.
