Responsible for washing and cleaning parts before shipping to customer or outside services. Pack parts or assemblies as required for storage/delivery. Help maintain product inventory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cleans parts prior to shipping as instructed. Works with solvent and other cleaning chemicals (bleach, dish soap, etc.) Deburr or polish parts as per routing or as instructed. Works with steel wool, sandpaper, knives, and various deburr/polish equipment. Sand blasts, paints and assembles parts. Assists shipping department in maintaining inventory. Assists shipping department in preparing parts for shipment to outside services or to the customer. Keeps work area clean and organized.
